Warrender mag-drive pumps are available in an extensive range of designs encompassing ANSI-B73.1, ISO-2858, standard service API-610 (8th Ed.), extreme duty API-685, multistage, low flow-high head regenerative turbine, and low flow high pressure P.D. rotary vane pumps, in various alloys.
Warrender mag-drive pumps are available in an extensive range of designs encompassing ANSI-B73.1, ISO-2858, standard "API-610 type" designs, and the extreme duty API-685 configurations for meeting a wide array of pump duties. Select from high to moderate flow centrifugals, multi-stage centrifugal and turbine, high system pressure designs, low flow-high head regenerative turbine, and low flow high pressure P.D. rotary vane pumps,in various alloys and optional non-metallic designs in Polypropylene (PP), Polyvinyildene Fluoride (PVDF) and ETFE.
Warrender robust thermoplastic, sealless mag-drive pumps ensure a leak-free process, void of rust, metallic particles, or metal ions. Warrender mag-drive pumps are particularly advantageous in the following services:
Heat Transfer / Thermal Regulation
The pumping of thermal transfer fluids and hot water is met with high temperature pump configurations, both low and high flow, that can withstand temperatures up to 650° F (without heat exchanger).
Low temperature pumps are suitable for processes down to -200°C. Centrifugal and turbine designs provide total hydraulic coverage and the ability to handle entrained gases (up to 20%) without sustaining damage.
Warrender nonmetallic mag-drive pumps are constructed from robust, machined thermoplastics to resist both internal and external corrosion, and equipped with magnetic drive couplings for a process free of leakage or unpredictable maintenance. The SOLID thermoplastic pump casings are impervious to permeation, even within hot HCL and HF processes.
Ammonia Pump is also one of the required industrial units for high end sorting and mixing. Armored Plastic Pumps are also used as they are easy to transport because of their light weight and are durable in performance.
